Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Location: Springfield, MO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 06:30 AM - 07:00 PM, Days

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in rehabilitation to join our team. This position involves providing extensive nursing care to adult patients in a rehabilitation setting, focusing on recovery from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong skills in floor nursing, patient monitoring, and rehabilitation methods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care to adults in a rehabilitation environment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services.
• Utilize specialized rehabilitation equipment and therapies.
• Educate patients and families about health management and recovery processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN certification.
• BLS certification.
• No previous experience required; floor nursing experience is preferred.
