Mercado está contratando un Cocinero de Línea con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo de cocina de ritmo rápido. Servimos desayuno, almuerzo y brunch con ensaladas frescas, wraps, bowls de granos, sándwiches y opciones a la parrilla en un ambiente de servicio en mostrador.
Responsabilidades:
• Preparar y cocinar alimentos (parrilla, salteados, desayuno, ensaladas y sándwiches)
• Cocinar proteínas a temperaturas correctas es obligatorio
• Cumplir con normas estrictas de seguridad alimentaria y control de temperatura
• Mantener la estación limpia y organizada
