The Bridgeport-Spaulding Board of Education is seeking an inspirational, dynamic, and community-centered Superintendent of Schools to lead our district into its next chapter of growth and student success. • Fiscal & Operational Steward: Possesses solid financial acumen to manage district resources effectively, including working on millage renewals and labor contract negotiations.
• Board & Community Collaborator: Works in close, healthy partnership with the Board of Education to set, pursue, and achieve strategic goals.
• Certification: Michigan Administrator Certification is not required upfront, but the selected candidate must acquire it within the state-mandated timeframe.

The Board of Education offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $145,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package commensurate with the candidate’s education and leadership experience.
