Looking for a steady job close to home that you can keep for years? A manufacturing plant in Barberton, Ohio is hiring six rubber press operators for permanent, full-time positions. No experience is needed.
This is not a job to pass through. The plant is looking for people who plan to stay: people who show up for their shift, learn the presses, and become the operators the rest of the floor counts on. If you want one steady place to work instead of starting over every few months, this is it.
The work: running rubber presses on the production floor. You are on your feet and walking for most of the shift. Machine experience is a plus, but it is not required.
Three shifts to choose from:
1st shift: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
2nd shift: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
3rd shift: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
Pay: $12.00 per hour. Full-time, direct hire.
Who does well here: people who live close to Barberton, have reliable transportation, and want to stay for the long haul. Interviews start right away.
