Responsibilities
How you’ll make an impact in this roleÂ
- Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical systems and equipment for assigned facilities.Â
- May be assigned more complex assignments that include multiple systems or cross-departmental interaction to complete the maintenance or repair.Â
- Specialized knowledge and expertise inlocksmith,HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems are required to perform a variety of duties.Â
- Repairing heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems and equipment.Â
- Installation and maintenance of motors and of specialized equipment.Â

Must have one or more of the following:Â

- Graduate of trade school with 2 years of experience.Â
Work Experience:Â
- 4 years of related experience.Â
