Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and update payroll information as needed.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and finance teams.
  • Assist in the implementation of payroll systems and software upgrades.
  • Ensure timely filing of payroll taxes and compliance with labor laws.
  • Collaborate with HR on employee benefits and deductions.
  • Support audits and prepare documentation as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Certification in payroll management is a plus.
