Customer Service Rep

Medihill was formed in 2011 in Philadelphia, PA. We are North America provider of Medical Alerts Services and Telecare. Our growing business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Rep. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
• Reply to emails, social media or connecting the consumer to the proper department
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
• Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
• Schedule appointments and creating an optimal route for technicians
• Strongly represent and promote our brand
• Help with billing issues
• Assist management team with ongoing tasks

Requirements:

• No prior experience is required. We will provide all the training necessary.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
• Must be reliable
• Must be people-friendly
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English, as well as possess good verbal and communications skills
• Permission to work in USA
• Due to Healthcare Industry regulations every Medihill employee required to pass Background Checks and Drug Test before starting date and on the regular basis.
