Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our team. This position is ideal for a provider who thrives in a patient-centered environment, is skilled in managing adult primary care needs, and has a special focus on adult ADHD management. The role is primarily in-office with some in-office telemedicine work included. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide adult primary care services including physical examinations, health assessments, and chronic disease management - Perform complete history and physicals for new and established patients - Collaborate with mental health team to provide integrated care - Manage patient care plans, prescribe medications, and maintain accurate medical records - Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with patients - Focus on adult ADHD management and treatment **Qualifications:** - Current New York State PA license (active and in good standing) - 2+ years of adult primary care experience strongly preferred - Experience with ADHD treatment preferred, but training can be provided - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and patient needs **Benefits:** - $140,000-$165,000 annual salary, potential for higher with added experience - Comprehensive health and dental insurance (premium paid by employer) - Malpractice coverage provided - Paid time off - Professional development assistance - Retirement plan - No routine on-call responsibilities - Supportive, growth-focused work environment **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM **Contact:** Blake Moser, blake@medicalrecruiting.com, (346) 515-5160
