Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze healthcare-related data, documentation, and clinical workflows for accuracy and consistency.
  • Interpret medical terminology, patient care scenarios, and healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Review clinical documentation and identify inconsistencies or areas requiring clarification.
  • Prepare structured summaries and communicate healthcare concepts clearly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve healthcare-related processes and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and documentation practices.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail when evaluating medical information.
