Job description

Medical Dynamics Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Massage Therapy Instructor to join our team. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about sharing their knowledge and skills in massage therapy with students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive instruction and ensuring that students receive the highest quality education in massage therapy techniques and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide instruction in massage therapy techniques and practices to students.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to the curriculum and standards set by Medical Dynamics Inc.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
  • Assist in the development and updating of instructional materials and resources.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in massage therapy to provide the most up-to-date instruction.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 year of experience as a practicing massage therapist.
  • Current and valid massage therapy license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other instructors and staff.
  • Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their educational goals.
  • Basic computer skills for maintaining records and utilizing instructional technology.
