Strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and cross-functional collaboration are essential to minimize discrepancies and support smooth financial operations. Maintains clean ERP data, audit-ready documentation, and handles confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to join our team.

This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic environment.

Duties

• Utilize SAGE 100 software to effectively invoice customers for orders submitted.
• Deliver invoices either through EDI or via email.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.
• Conduct research and provide insights on outstanding invoices and work with the Accounts Receivable team.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes.
• Support project management initiatives by coordinating tasks and timelines.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial software is essential; experience with SAGE 100 is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
