Ideal Background

• CORE certified Executive Director experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living required
• Proven track record driving occupancy and operational performance
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Ability to build relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and staff
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to create, improve, and grow
