Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and updated patient records in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will predominantly serve a diverse patient population that includes individuals with orthopedic injuries, pediatric patients, neurologic conditions, and athletes requiring sports rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy to practice in Virginia.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience
