Job description

MEASUREMENT INSTRUMENTS seeks an outside instrumentation sales engineer to cover industrial test & measurement accounts reporting to the Blairsville, PA Office. Candidate will develop new accounts and sales, as well as work with established customer base. Products include test & measurement instrumentation, sensors, calibrators, data acquisition and industrial computers.

COMPENSATION: Salary To Start, Switching To Commission Plan

Position is full-time. A physical exam, including substance abuse testing, is required.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in pre-sales activities, providing technical sales support and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and address client feedback.
  • Utilize networking skills to support technical inquiries and enhance product integration.

Qualifications

  • Test and measurement instrumentation experience
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
