Key Responsibilities

As a licensed mental health therapist within our organization, your key responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and current licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, psychologist, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
• Demonstrated experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Proficiency with computer applications and electronic health record systems, ensuring efficient and accurate patient documentation.
• A commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines, prioritizing patient confidentiality at all times.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum qualifications are essential, we prefer candidates with:

Compensation and Benefits
