We are seeking an experienced High-End Remodel/TI Superintendent to join our team. This is a Bags-On role requiring hands-on expertise in overseeing and participating in the execution of high-end residential remodeling projects. Employment Eligibility (E-Verify)

What You'll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Oversee high-end residential remodeling projects from start to finish, working closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site while fostering respectful client relationships.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Schedule and supervise subcontractors and employees as necessary.
  • Solve on-site challenges, adapting plans as needed to ensure successful project execution.
  • Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, schedules, and inspections.
  • Coordinate and execute Tenant Improvement (TI) projects, ensuring minimal disruption to occupied spaces and timely project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with Washington State construction standards and code requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates and address issues proactively.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in residential construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Extensive experience in high-end residential remodeling and superior finish carpentry skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and manage a crew effectively.
  • Ability to balance speed and accuracy while maintaining the highest level of craftsmanship.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual is a plus.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding plans, with the ability to adapt and problem-solve on-site.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic construction software.
  • Experience coordinating inspections and working with municipal authorities.
  • Personal tools and a reliable work truck required.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Cabinetry and custom millwork installation.
  • Sheetrock, mudding, taping, and patch repairs.
  • Finish trim work and framing.
  • Window and door installation (multi-family experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of flashing, sealants, and waterproofing best practices.
  • Experience with Tenant Improvements, including build-outs, phased remodels, and working in occupied commercial or mixed-use environments.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage ($36-$40/hour DOE) with eligibility for overtime.
