This is the growth engine seat of our agency, and you'll work directly with the owner. You'll quote and close new households using agency-provided leads (yes, we give you leads), referrals, winbacks, and re-quote opportunities. If you're competitive, resilient, and love the feeling of hitting a goal, this role was built for you.

A typical day: high-energy outbound calling, quoting households, following up on your pipeline, asking happy clients for referrals, and reconnecting with former clients through winback campaigns. It's a volume game with real rewards. Rejection is part of the sport, and the people who thrive here treat every 'no' as one call closer to a 'yes'.

How we measure success together: the target is 40 issued items per month, supported by a daily rhythm of 80+ calls, 3 hours of talk time, 6 households quoted, and 2 issued items. If a month starts slow, hitting your activity numbers keeps you on track, we coach to the process, not just the scoreboard.
