DESCRIPTION:
Implements a County-wide program at a PALS Sports & Cultural Day Camp site. Performs other duties as needed.SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION:
Demonstrates knowledge of recreational principles and practices, safety operations, and program management. Promotes a positive working environment by encouraging team work, respect, cooperation, and open communication. Trains and supervises subordinate staff, oversees all planned activities and events, mediates parent and staff concerns in a professional manner. Understands and implements accessibility standards and policies, prepares weekly reports, and attends all required meetings.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Training Dates: December 20, 2023 - December 22, 2023
Program Dates: December 26, 2023 - January 4, 2024; Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
