KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guide customers through the application process with professionalism and care.
• Manage the entire process from first contact to policy setup.
• Consistently work toward and exceed your activity and performance goals.
• Keep accurate and organized records of your customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proper insurance licensing is required before starting.
• No prior sales experience required — just a willingness to learn and work hard.
• Dependable, honest, and hardworking with a strong commitment to doing the right thing.
• Friendly and clear communicator who listens well.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
• Experience with State Farm products is a plus but not required.
• Resilient and able to keep going after setbacks.
