Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate

Location: Conway, AR

Pay Range: $24 - $28 hourly, based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime and flexible scheduling as needed

Travel: Occasional in-state and out-of-state deliveries to job sites

We are hiring a Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse, logistics, and equipment operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who has a valid Class A CDL, enjoys variety in their work, has strong mechanical aptitude, and wants to grow with an organization that is opening new doors as it expands.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver materials and equipment to local and out-of-state job sites
• Receive, organize, and stage materials for upcoming projects
• Maintain inventory and assist with warehouse organization
• Operate forklifts, excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and machinery
• Perform light maintenance on tools, trailers, and equipment
• Identify mechanical issues and coordinate repairs
• Support the Warehouse Manager with daily shop operations
• Keep the warehouse and shop clean, safe, and efficient
• Assist field crews with logistics and material handling when needed

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, excavators, and loaders
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to changing priorities
• Dependable, organized, and safety-focused
• Previous warehouse, shop, or logistics experience is a plus
• Experience with inventory or tool tracking systems is a plus
• Basic knowledge of trailer and equipment repair is preferred
• Familiarity with commercial or industrial construction environments is a plus
