We’re looking for a talented and experienced Fabrication Lead / Sign Fabricator & Installer to join our team and bring our clients’ visions to life.

What You'll Do

As our Fabrication Lead, you’ll play a key role in the production and installation of custom signage. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the fabrication process for a variety of sign types, ensuring precision and quality.
• Installing signs at client locations with attention to detail and safety.
• Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving to overcome challenges during fabrication or installation.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in sign fabrication, installation, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to work with various tools and materials.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Physical ability to handle tools, equipment, and materials required for sign installation.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
