Job description

Our client is seeking a Security Risk Management professional to join their team. As a Security Risk Management specialist, you will be part of the Risk Management Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities across various organizational areas.
  • Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and controls to minimize exposure to potential risks.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to proactively identify emerging risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
