You don't need to be a car expert. If you're a strong communicator who's eager to learn, we'll teach you everything you need to know about the services we offer.
Duties:
Master AutoTech has served Utah drivers for more than six decades. We're a full-service auto repair company working on all makes and models, and our philosophy is simple: do the repair right, treat people with respect, and charge an honest, fair price. We stand behind our work and behind our people and we're excited to add someone who shares those values to our team.

At Master AutoTech, we fix cars but our real job is taking care of people. We're looking for a service writer for our Downtown Ogden location: someone friendly, organized, and great with customers who can keep our front counter running smoothly.
You don't need to be a car expert. If you're a strong communicator who's eager to learn, we'll teach you everything you need to know about the services we offer.
Duties:
- Welcome customers, listen to their concerns, and ask good questions to understand what their vehicle needs
- Explain recommended services clearly and honestly, based on manufacturer recommendations - no pressure tactics, ever
- Build lasting relationships with new and returning customers
- Represent the Master AutoTech brand with pride
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred - retail, hospitality, front desk, or similar
- Strong communication skills and a genuine attention to detail
- A current, valid driver's license with a clean record; must pass a background check
- Nice to have: any automotive knowledge or interest in cars
