Master Air, Inc. is a family-owned and operated HVAC company serving Pearland and the surrounding communities since 1988. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Complete service tickets accurately and professionally
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications:

• Current EPA Certification required
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
