Every new client deserves a seamless transition, clear communication, and confidence that they've made the right decision. As our Onboarding Specialist, you'll own that experience from the moment a policy is sold until the client is fully onboarded.

• Manage the full onboarding process for all new clients
• Review policies for accuracy and completeness before binding
• Ensure all documents, signatures, and payments are completed correctly
• Proactively communicate with clients during onboarding
• Coordinate between sales and service teams for smooth transitions
• Set expectations with clients on billing, coverage, and next steps
• Identify cross-sell and coverage gap opportunities
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM/agency management system records

• Active Property Casualty (PC) License REQUIRED (or willing to obtain license)
• Loves checklists and organization
