Role Description

Martarano Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with an electrical engineering background to join our team. 


Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of projects including proposal writing, scope development, design scope definition, scheduling, staff management, and construction administration.
  • Successful completion of projects while ensuring quality, on-time delivery within budget.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across disciplines (MEP/FP) and with various clients across all stages of design and construction completion.
  • Lead and mentor all electrical engineering designers.
  • Oversee design disciplines on lighting, power and low voltage systems, electrical load calculations, and layouts.


Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with electrical emphasis).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License.  
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience, with a preference for project management.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Teams, AutoCAD, Revit and PDF editing.
  • Must have experience with specification writing including Masterspec or similar programs.
  • Strong working knowledge of applicable state and local building codes.
  • Ability to work on-site in Wyomissing, PA and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Compensation: $130 -160k depending on experience
