The Sales Support Agent plays a key role in supporting the field sales team by managing customer interactions, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales data. This position is part of the Customer Service department and reports directly to the Sales Manager within Sales Operations. The agent ensures smooth communication between clients and the sales team while assisting with sales reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support and resolve client issues
• Process orders accurately and timely
• Enter and manage sales data in CRM systems
• Maintain and update sales reports and documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients and the field sales team
• Coordinate tasks and information among team members
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge
