Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Injury Paralegal based in Tampa, FL. The Personal Injury Paralegal will be responsible for managing and preparing legal documents, drafting discovery responses, managing case deadlines, conducting case-related research, communicating with clients and relevant parties, and reviewing legal and medical documents. The role requires collaboration with attorneys to ensure the smooth operation of cases in litigation from start to finish, as well as maintaining accurate files and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in law and legal document preparation
• Strong skills in research and document review - focus on discovery and trial pleadings
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in legal systems and software
• Associate's degree or higher in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field
• Experience in personal injury law is strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
