This position exercises supervision over a number of employees engaged in the custodial and minor maintenance repairs of county buildings. Participates in the selection of new personnel, provides training, evaluates performance, responds to grievances, and recommends personnel transactions. PUBLIC SERVICE LOAN FORGIVENESS Marion County is a qualifying public employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
