  • Build and steward the school's mission, culture, and brand in alignment with CCC's values.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the school and CCC leadership, staff, and the broader church community.
  • Lead student recruitment, enrollment, and retention through strategic communication and community outreach.
  • Build strong family relationships and serve as the face of the school to prospective and enrolled families.

Educational Quality:
  • Design and implement a Christ-centered, play-based curriculum aligned with Ohio Early Learning and Development Standards.
  • Ensure all students leave kindergarten-ready and able to articulate foundational Christian beliefs.
  • Establish and maintain Ohio Step Up to Quality (SUTQ) compliance and continuous improvement practices.

Team Leadership & Development:
  • Recruit, hire, and lead a team of lead and assistant teachers.
  • Maintain regulatory and professional quality compliance for all staff.
  • Foster a collaborative, mission-driven work environment.

Operations & Administration:
  • Oversee daily school operations, academic calendar, and safety protocols.
  • Manage part-time administrative support and coordinate with CCC facilities and communications teams.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with all Ohio childcare licensing requirements.

Requirements
  • Authentic and growing relationship with Jesus and committed to the mission and vision of CCC.

  • Experience in launching or building a new school or education program is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, lead, and develop teachers.
  • Knowledge of Ohio SUTQ standards, licensing requirements, and the Ohio Professional Registry.
  • Financial management experience, including budgeting.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator with relational skills to build trust with families, staff, and church leadership.
  • Theologically articulate with the ability to integrate theological content and Bible-based moral formation meaningfully into an ECE program.
