Job Description - Overview
Do you have a passion for excellence? Are you enthusiastic, customer focused, and career driven? We are looking for people to commit to fast-paced, sales driven environment, where we help change lives with the products that we sell.
Starting wages:
  • Full-Time - $20.15 and $21.15 per hour
  • Part-Time - $15.75 - $16.75 per hour

We are currently looking for all hourly positions. Store hours will be Monday - Saturday - 9 AM through 8 PM. All Mardel stores are closed on Sunday.
We will be hiring friendly, customer focused people to fill all hourly positions.
If you have:
  • Previous retail experience
  • Flexible schedule
  • A positive attitude
  • The desire to work in a Christian environment

Both full and part-time work will be available.
All full-time employees are required to work at least every other Saturday, while all part-time employees will be required to work Saturdays unless requested off in advance.
Being self-motivated and having the drive and determination to help run a successful store is a must! Previous experience is not required, but helpful!
