Responsibilities

- Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional manner.

- Maintain customer records and filing systems.
- Respond to emails and assist with customer inquiries.
- Maintain and organize office supplies.
- Assist with data entry and general administrative tasks.
- Support the sales and management teams with daily operations.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent, or an associate degree.
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
