Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to work with our client in Racho Santa Margarita, CA. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Job Decription:

The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA provides precision-machined components that power Keysight’s industry-leading electronic measurement equipment. 

In this role, you will support mechanical inspection processes on swing shift. Through on-the-job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated inspection operations, including performing visual inspections under a microscope and operating precision inspection equipment. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential for success in this position.

We are seeking a self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and values teamwork. The start time for this position is between 12pm and 1pm. May be required to work on day shift during training periods.

Qualifications:

  • Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use
  • Strong manual dexterity
  • High‑volume parts inspection and handling
  • Automated inspection equipment operation
  • Microscopic visual inspection
  • Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging
  • Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Some college or technical coursework preferred
  • Ability to read and converse in English 
  • Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) (preferred)
