About Mango Tree Counseling & Consulting

Mango Tree Counseling & Consulting (MTCC) is a values-driven group psychotherapy practice committed to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and diaspora-affirming mental health care. Our work centers the lived experiences of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities, as well as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and other historically marginalized populations.

We emphasize clinical excellence, ethical practice, and sustainable clinician well-being. Senior Clinicians at Mango Tree serve as experienced providers, clinical culture carriers, and leaders who support both client care and clinician development.

Position Summary

The Senior Clinician is a fully licensed mental health professional who provides outpatient psychotherapy services with a high degree of clinical autonomy. In addition to direct client care, Senior Clinicians contribute to clinical leadership through consultation, mentorship, and support of Mango Trees values-aligned, culturally responsive practice model.

Senior Clinicians are expected to demonstrate advanced clinical judgment, strong professional ethics, and the ability to engage deeply with subjectivity, positionality, racial identity, intergenerational experiences, and cultural meaning-making, particularly in work with Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) clients and communities.
