- Manage promotions, merchandise accounts, and serve as a strong liaison between corporate, on‑premise divisions, and the sales force.
- Utilize tools like the Fifth Generation Briefcase, participate in trade surveys, and maintain accurate depletion data, budgets, and monthly analyses.
- Introduce new products to the team, achieve monthly goals/quotas, and build lasting relationships with key accounts.
- Required Experience: 2+ years in sales, 2+ years in retail, and/or 2+ years in restaurant/bar environments.
- Strong understanding of the on‑premise (hospitality) channel and a genuine passion for wine & spirits.
- Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and execute creatively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using sales tools/platforms.
- Physical ability to work in the trade (lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, extended time on your feet).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings/weekends and occasional duties beyond a standard day.
