About Makerwell

This is a rare front-row seat in the creator economy. You'll work directly on the businesses behind top YouTube creators (1M+ subscribers), see how the biggest creator

brands actually get built and monetized, and have your hands on every lever that drives revenue.

The Role

We're hiring a Marketing Campaign Manager to own the creative and execution behind our product launches. This is not a button-pushing ad job. You'll help decide what we

sell, how we position it, and how we take it to market - then build it, launch it, and sharpen it with data. It's equal parts creative strategy, marketing execution, and

analytical problem-solving, with real room to own outcomes and grow fast.

What you'll do

- Plan and run product campaigns end to end - concept, build, launch, optimize

- Develop creative strategy: offers, positioning, hooks, and the angle behind each launch

- Build and write high-converting landing and sales pages, then test and improve them

- Own email marketing - lifecycle flows, broadcasts, and automations that drive a major share of revenue

- Manage paid acquisition on Meta and Google (significant monthly budgets)

- Direct campaign creative and design - how it looks and how it sells

- Analyze and synthesize results to decide the next move

You might be a great fit if you

- Have 1-4 years in digital marketing (preferred, not required)

- Are both creative and analytical - strong instincts for what converts, and comfortable in the numbers

- Write well and have a good eye for design

- Are excited about the creator economy and working with large YouTube audiences

- Have a background or genuine affinity for music - a real plus, since our roots are in the music space (with more categories the way)

- Are hungry to learn and own more over time - we'll teach you a proven playbook from the inside

- Can take an idea and run with it independently
