Your primary role will be delivering impeccable product and educating our customers on our offerings while making recommendations based on their preferences. To be successful in this role, you should have strong customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates.

• Prior experience making coffee, tea, etc. drinks highly preferred
• Professional, approachable and courteous personality
• Organized
• Able to handle multiple guest orders and requests simultaneously
• Required to stand; walk; use hands to serve and clear food, beverages, plates/cutlery/glassware, additional objects
• Able to bend and kneel to clear tables, serve food, etc.
• Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Adhere to Makeready & property policies and procedures as defined
