Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and presentable servers to join our team at Maize. As a server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and providing attentive service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including table settings and service areas.
- Collaborate with other staff members to provide seamless service and a positive dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Uphold the restaurant's standards of presentation and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
- Must be presentable, hardworking, and have a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are highly desirable.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
