Maintenance First

We are looking for an HVAC Service/Installer Technician to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

Installer

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• We work in residential and commercial applications
• Work in attic
• Long hours

Service

• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC with at least 3 Years in the field.
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• EPA Required
• Able to use the best recovery techniques.
• Able to use evacuation techniques.
• Able to utilize Fieldpiece and charging methods.
