Job description

Main Line Health, a nationally recognized health system serving the western Philadelphia suburbs, is seeking a Board-Certified Trauma Surgeon to join our growing team at our Level II Trauma Center at Paoli Hospital. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice at a leading tertiary health system with full clinical autonomy, a diverse case mix, and access to advanced resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive trauma and acute care surgical services, including critical care management
  • Participate in Graduate Medical Education (GME)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care
  • Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Board-certified in Surgical Critical Care
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania
  • Proficiency in minimally invasive surgical techniques is required
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a commitment to patient-centered care
