Landscaping Maintenance Laborer / Crew MemberAbout the RoleWe are a growing company covering three counties currently seeking dedicated, dependable experienced landscape laborers to work safely in the field. As a landscape professional, you will work alongside other crew members, receive direction from crew leads and report to your crew leader and production manager. ResponsibilitiesTrim and edge around sidewalks, flower beds, and walls with handheld equipment
Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and grass
Trim/prune trees and shrubs
Clean lawn debris with rakes, shovels, and blowers
Professionally mow with our commercial grade late model mowing equipment
Keep trucks and equipment clean and in working order
Contribute to our safety culture by wearing assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Interact with homeowners, property guests, clients, and the public in a friendly and polite manner
RequirementsAble to operate standard landscaping machinery such as Scag/Toro stand-on mowers, push mowers, Echo trimmers, and Echo backpack blowers
Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
Availability to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays and overtime
Ability to perform physical work in various weather conditions
Legal authorization to work in the United States
18 years of age or older
Reliable transportation to the branch or first job site
Valid driver's license preferred
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds & walk long distances
Prior landscape experience needed
Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay, experienced help at $18.50 + hour (depending on experience) paid weekly on Weds by direct deposit.

Work ScheduleYou’ll work Monday to Friday, up to 12-hour shifts (with overtime in the peak season), starting between 7:00 and 8:00 am depending on the season. Your workday is finished when the route is complete, which is around 10-12 hours in peak times but this can vary.
We provide transportation from our shops in Louisville, OH to job sites. You’ll drive or ride in a work truck from the shop to the job sites. NO SMOKING is permitted.
