About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled RN Consultant to join our team in the Health Care Services industry. As an RN Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to healthcare organizations and professionals. Your main objective will be to ensure that healthcare services are delivered efficiently and effectively, while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. You will work closely with healthcare providers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize patient outcomes. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Active RN license
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Experience working with electronic health records
  • Experience in healthcare quality improvement initiatives
Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to healthcare organizations and professionals
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize patient outcomes

Your proficiency in electronic health records and project management will be beneficial in this role.
