Madhatter is a high-energy neighborhood restaurant and bar in Washington, DC, known for great hospitality, a lively atmosphere, private events, brunch, happy hour, and late-night service. We are looking for a strong Front of House Manager to help lead daily service, support the staff, and ensure every guest has a great experience.
The Front of House Manager is responsible for overseeing service, managing FOH staff, maintaining hospitality standards, and supporting day-to-day restaurant operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, calm under pressure, and comfortable leading a busy restaurant and bar environment.
We are looking for a hands-on manager who leads from the floor, supports the team, and takes pride in creating a great guest experience. The right candidate is energetic, dependable, organized, and understands how to balance hospitality, speed, standards, and accountability in a busy restaurant and bar setting.
