In this high-impact career-building hourly role, you'll be a champion for the customer and a role model for your colleagues, helping shape the in-store experience while building your skills and influence.
What you'll do:
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience and build lasting connections that drive brand loyalty
  • Drive results through selling, merchandising, and execution of promotions across in-store and omni channels
  • Support your team by clearly communicating priorities, expectations, and daily focus areas
  • Partner closely with a People Leader to keep the team aligned, energized, and focused on results

  • Confidence in balancing execution with team support

What's next: This role is designed to grow your career, with opportunities to move into positions such as Personal Stylist or Sales and Customer Experience Manager.

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week.
