You will lead internal teams and dealer networks to deliver technical solutions that solve complex customer challenges while fostering long-term industry partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Direct the inside sales department to ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets and profitable growth.
• Develop and execute comprehensive territory strategies to capture new business and increase market share.
• Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers across the automotive, optics, and medical sectors.
• Manage and coach a dealer network, providing training on product value propositions and sales procedures.
• Utilize CRM and CPQ platforms to track sales pipelines, manage quotes, and generate accurate performance forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing policies and support seamless machine delivery and customer service.
• Drive brand engagement through strategic social media presence and the development of technical sales collateral.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in high-precision industrial equipment sales.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and dealer networks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required for client meetings and site visits.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet site‑specific security and health screening requirements.

• Deep industry knowledge of nano‑processing, optics, or medical manufacturing.
• Experience in competitive market analysis and strategic business development.
