Senior Manager, Wholesale Services

Job Profile Summary

Support wholesale business operations in North America for the Circle K Wholesale Fuels organization. This position is responsible for managing and supporting key business activities required to support the Business Units where Wholesale operates. The Senior Manager, Wholesale Services partners with Wholesale Fuels leadership to support operational performance, execute strategic initiatives, and provide leadership to the wholesale services team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Seven or more years of Wholesale Fuel Operations experience, including dealer management support, fuel pricing coordination, maintenance oversight, and fuel distribution/sourcing support.
  • Experience supporting operational improvements, process efficiencies, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to support implementation of business strategies and operational initiatives.
  • Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, creative, and highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently on confidential matters.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, balance competing priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and collaborating across departments.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain detail oriented.
  • Possess the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to travel as needed for business support, market visits, and industry meetings.
  • Valid driver's license.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support overall wholesale fuels business operations and performance initiatives across North America.
  • Assist in executing strategic and operational initiatives established by Circle K Wholesale Fuels leadership.
  • Provide operational insight and recommendations regarding business performance, operational efficiencies, and growth opportunities.
  • Support and coordinate activities related to wholesale fuels operations including:
  • Wholesale Operations
  • Pricing Coordination
  • Facility Management and Maintenance Support
  • Fuel Supply and Distribution Support
  • Business Development Support
  • Partner collaboratively with Convenience Retail Operations Business Units to support execution of Wholesale Fuels initiatives and operational alignment.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to the wholesale services team.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and service levels.
  • Support dealer and vendor relationships to ensure effective communication and operational execution.
  • Assist with implementation and compliance of company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives that support operational excellence and wholesale business growth.
