Mac-Lad

Mac-Lad is looking for someone hard working who can transport building materials and help offload. This job requires assisting the lead driver (Boom truck Operator) in all tasks such as preparing for delivery, offloading materials, and clean up afterwards.
This job requires manual labor 30-50hrs/week Monday-Friday w/ choice of Saturday at times. The employee may be required to make deliveries on their own or with up to 2 helpers. Drywall and materials can weigh between 50-200lbs.
Must be self-motivated and team leader. Growth opportunities available

Mac-Lad Corp. began as a two-man building material supply delivery company in 1986. Ray MacAlpine started the company with a friend. Ray soon took on every role in the company as driver, helper, accounts receivable, accounts payable, dispatch, and yard guy. After a difference in vision about the future of Mac-Lad, Ray bought out his original partner and became the sole owner. As time went on, the Mac-Lad team grew and business got better as people started to realize the small-business-difference. Mac-Lad now has a core group of employees in our New York and Connecticut location to help you with your drywall needs. Even two of Ray’s children work at the company. We can deliver all the way to Vermont and New Jersey from the Connecticut location while our New York branch services Manhattan to Montauk (and beyond) every day.
