Timecards: Maintain accurate work logs and timesheets to document all work performed.
Company Card: Ensure timely submission of company credit card receipts.
Project Understanding: Develop a clear understanding of each project's goals and client requirements to ensure installations align accurately with expectations.
Collaboration with Team: Work closely with the Lead Installer and installation team members to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow during projects.
Onsite Installation Tasks: Perform hands-on installation duties, including cable pulling, termination, rigging, equipment mounting, and related tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship aligned with project specifications.
Technical Interpretation: Read, understand, and follow system and infrastructure drawings to ensure precise execution of installations.
Product Knowledge: Research and comprehend product manuals and specifications to ensure correct handling, installation, and troubleshooting of AVL equipment.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain installation trucks and tools, ensuring cleanliness, safety, organization, and secure storage to enable efficient operations.
Safety Compliance: Safely operate tools, heavy machinery, lifts, and other equipment, strictly adhering to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
Professional Representation: Represent MABE professionally at all times on job sites, maintaining a positive attitude, and assisting in addressing client questions or resolving onsite issues.
Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions provided by the Leadership to continually enhance technical skills and stay current with AVL technologies and installation techniques.
Travel: Travel to job sites, including out of state, as needed.

High school diploma or GED.
Aptitude to learning the sound, lighting, video, and projection industry.
Actively pursue to remain current with market trends (trade publications, online research, etc).
Attend manufacturing training as needed.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Ability to manage time well and work under pressure
Must be able to lift 50 - 75lbs minimum daily
Must be able to climb ladders and work from heights
Basic Computer Skills (Word, Excel, email, cloud-based inventory management software)
Clean Motor Vehicle Record and a Valid Driver's License
