  • Develop and distribute donor, funder, and community communications through digital platforms, social media, email marketing, newsletters, printed materials, and traditional media.
  • Research and support the preparation and submission of grant proposals, reports, and supporting documentation in collaboration with the Chief Communications Officer.
  • Represent MY House at community events, presentations, networking opportunities, and partner meetings to increase community awareness and engagement.
  • Assist with the recruitment, training, mentoring, and supervision of communications interns and volunteers as assigned.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Communications Officer to implement marketing and communications strategies that strengthen the organization's brand and mission.
  • Create marketing materials, presentations, promotional campaigns, and storytelling content that highlight MY House's impact.
  • Coordinate media inquiries, press releases, and public relations activities as directed.
  • Monitor communications and fundraising metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign and event effectiveness.
  • Maintain confidentiality of donor, client, and organizational information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the MY House mission.

QUALIFICATIONS:
