Job Summary:
MSIG USA is the US-based subsidiary of MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings, Inc., a leading global insurance provider. The End-User Computing (EUC) Administrator is responsible for designing, managing, and supporting the hardware and software environments used by employees, ensuring their devices are secure and optimized for daily operations.
Responsibilities:
• Deploying, configuring, and maintaining physical and virtual devices.
• Architecting and managing virtual environments to enable secure, "work-from-anywhere" mobility and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) programs.
• Acting as the escalation point for complex hardware/software issues that the admin levels cannot resolve.
• Packaging and distributing enterprise applications, updates, and productivity tools across the organization.
• Enforcing security policies, managing antivirus software, deploying encryption, and ensuring corporate data is protected on all endpoints.
• Integrating end-user tools with directories to control user access, permissions, and single sign-on (SSO) capabilities.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience in deploying, configuring, and maintaining physical and virtual devices.
• Knowledge of operating system imaging, patch management, and hardware lifecycle refreshes.
• Experience in architecting and managing virtual environments for secure mobility and BYOD programs.
• Ability to act as the escalation point for complex hardware/software issues.
• Experience in packaging and distributing enterprise applications, updates, and productivity tools.
• Knowledge of enforcing security policies, managing antivirus software, deploying encryption, and ensuring corporate data protection.
• Experience in integrating end-user tools with directories for user access control, permissions, and single sign-on capabilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, and Nerdio.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktops (AVD) (Persistent and Non-Persistent).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Active Directory.
